I graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a Master of the Arts Degree in Drama Therapy.  In addition, I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology (UNISA) and was a Lifeline Western Cape Lay-Cousellor since 2004.

 

I use a Rogerian Person-Centred approach, but incorporate aspects of other modalities based on the client's needs.  I strive to work with the healthy resilience of the individuals, creating a sense of safety in the present so that personal challenges can be explored in a contained way.
